Every project is different but depending on how many projects we are currently handling you can expect to go live anywhere between 1 and 8 weeks.
We will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire then if we have any questions we will discuss them with you. We will then perform research on your industry and competitors to then create a design concept which is a mockup image of the homepage. We will then ask for your feedback and tweeking the design until you are satisfied. Once you have approved the design we will proceed to turning your design into code and your website will be built!
We offer unlimited revisions and therefore guarantee that you will be 100% happy.
All projects are normally paid for upfront, however in certain circumstances – e.g. very large or lengthy projects – we can accept 50% up front and 50% on completion.
If you are on our hosting and service package you won’t have to as we can do it for you!
Alternatively, you will be able to update content quite easily and we offer pdf and video guides on completing basic ammendments.
For any complex changes you can either use your monthly development hour (service and hosting plan only) on changes or get chargeable changes under our standard hourly rate.
Yes. We offer free SSL certificates in our service and hosting plan.
eCommerce sites have required SSL certificates for a while to ensure that payment information sent across the site is encrypted and secure.
Nowadays however, modern browsers such as Chrome and Firefox have started blocking and warning users about any and all sites without an SSL certificate.
